Proper insurance, transporation and security are required for the exhibits.
All costs for transporation, insurance and security required are the responsibility of the borrowing institution.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of contract agreeement. The balance of the rental fee is to be paid prior to shipping of the exhibit to the borrower.
Text panels are not included in the exhibitions.
Some items from separate exhibitions can be combined upon request. We can tailor each exhibit to the needs of the borrowing institution.
If you are not interested in an exhibition but would like Mr. Bibb to lecture, he is available for speaking engagements regarding the subjects discussed on the web site. Speaking fee is $1,000 plus expenses.
